Running Tips By Samuel Toh

Hi this is Samuel and I am going to give you tips on how to improve your running.

What kind of apparel should i wear when running? Well everybody will ask the question when it comes to running and they do not know what to wear.

First tip, Wear spandex shorts under your regular running shorts! It is important that you wear a proper wear when running. Because it will protect your legs from getting hurt while running and you will not be exposed your 'parts' while running so it is suggested that you should wear a spandex shorts under your regular running shorts! :)

Second tip, Wear socks that is designed for running and not wearing socks that is made of cotton. It is because cotton is a has a rough surface when you land on the ground. So it will give you blisters when you run every step. So my advise to you is to wear socks that is designed for running :) So that it will have a good surface for you to land on the steps when you run and you will not have blisters all over your leg and you will run better with a softer platform.

Third and final tip, buy a running shoe and DO not run with sneakers! Many of you are wondering why not running with sneakers? Because when you run with sneakers people will feel weird when you run with sneakers and am wonder why would people run with sneakers? So I suggest you should run with a proper running shoe and a nice looking running shoe would be nice! So that it will motivate you to run the extra mile and keep on running.
